Marc is a dot-com era veteran with over 30 years of experience in growth marketing, business intelligence, and retail. He led marketing and BI at The RealReal, the world's leading luxury resale platform, helping the company become the category leader before its successful Nasdaq IPO in 2019.
He founded lab415 in 2023 to bring that same level of rigor and operator experience to ambitious companies earlier in their journey. He works directly with every client, building the strategy and systems that create durable growth.
lab415 is intentionally lean. Depending on the scope of each engagement, Marc brings in trusted specialist contractors across paid media, content, SEO, and engineering. Every engagement is led by Marc personally.
